Grades 7-9 & any new lifters 3:15 - 4:15
Grades 10 - 12: 4:00 - 5:30
At 4pm we will combine grades 7 - 12 and do agilities with the entire group.
Workouts consist of a warmup (stretching / mobility), strength straining, agility & jumping exercises. High School Players will also do conditioning work after strength training.
Passing League in Chelmsford is on Tuesdays.
* Players attending this must sign up with coach.
(This is for High School players and there's a limit to the # of kids we can bring. )
** Players attending Passing League need to arrive @ 3:45 because they must depart @ 4:45
