All workouts are at Bedford High School
JMGS (entering Grades 7-8) 3:15 - 4:15 Mondays & Thursdays
BHS (entering Grades 9 - 12): 4:00 - 5:30 Mon, Tues, Thurs
Workouts consist of a warmup (stretching / mobility), strength straining, agility & jumping exercises. High School Players will also do conditioning work after strength training.
Passing League in Chelmsford is on Tuesdays.
* Players attending this may have to show up early for lift some weeks based on the schedule of the games
